Client Details

Our client is a leading global FMCG business with extraordinary market penetration and a strong high performing culture. The have a very unique opportunity to be the conduit between NPD, Marketing and supply chain in this New Product Introduction role. This is an integral role within the business and could lead to advancement and a rewarding career for those who are driven by excellence.


Description 
  • Ensure compliance and brand standards are adhered too
  • Completion of product trials in line with global and regional initiatives
  • Successfully deliver new product introductions through B2B 
  • Modification and SKU rationalisation
  • Mitigate and report on any market/delivery risk
  • Project management - on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels on to align priorities
  • Work closely with Global and regional brand teams, marketing, operations and account managers

Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of Prince 2 principles and disciplines
  • extensive Product development and stage-gating experience
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and systems
  • Working exposure to Marketing and brand teams 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Strong proven leadership and stakeholder management
  • Ability to effectively influence with a high level of EQ
  • Can work independently, take ownership and trouble shoot effectively
  • Diligent across all reporting and record management
