As a customer service officer, you'll play an essential role in guiding our clients through their journey. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the helpful response to an email and the key link between departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities;

Handling over 30 phone calls per day, assisting customers with inquiries
Responding promptly to emails and ensuring client satisfaction
Using multiple systems to manage customer information efficiently
Coordinating with warehouse staff to track deliveries
Tracking devices
Ensuring the replacement of products under warranty

What we're looking for;

Previous administrative or customer service experience
The ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A personable and approachable demeanor
The ability to work independently whilst being a team player
