Potential leadership role, deal origination, good to have EV/ mobility/ Infra industry experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the mobility commercial team
Develop and drive implementation of strategies to synergise with the firm’s national urban mobility policy, which includes deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Singapore and introduction of new-to-market technologies and/or
Establish and build strong pipelines with key strategic accounts for business
Acquire customers that are electrifying or have plans to electrify their fleet of vehicles
Cultivate relationships and partnership plans with key stakeholders to further anchor the organisation's position in the electric mobility industry
Drive and evaluate commercial opportunities including financial modelling, feasibility studies, business proposal development, negotiation and business structuring
Analyse market trends and data to improve business performance in the competitive landscape and gain business insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to develop the service offerings

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
6-8 years of relevant experience in commercial-driven leadership roles
Have some experience in leading a team to identify leads, develop customer relationships and close deals
Good to have deal origination, EV/ mobility/ Infrastructure/ urban industry experience
Ability to develop and drive strategies relating to technology trends and regulatory landscape
Effective communication, analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and engage key stakeholders and clients
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment: highly versatile, numerate and adaptable to changes
