The Role:
My client is a leading global alternative fund house and we are a looking for a seasoned Compliance leader in Singapore. You will be reporting to the C level and spearhead all SG Compliance matters for the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with MAS on all Compliance issues
  • Identify Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks
  • Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
  • Any other ad hoc Regulatory Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
 
You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 10 years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance role – ideally with alternative experience
  • Strong understanding of MAS
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
