Recruitment Coordinator – Reports

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and reporting for our beverage manufacturing client. In this role, you will also gain exposure to various HR administrative duties and responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

Provide support to the recruitment team in various administrative tasks.
Coordinate and arrange interviews for candidates.
Conduct necessary checks and assessments as part of the recruitment process.
Generate and manage documentation related to new hires and HR administration.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Handle various ad-hoc tasks related to recruitment and HR functions.
Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and maintain communication channels.

You’ll Be Someone Who Can Bring:

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and report management in the APAC, ANZ, US, or EMEA regions.
Experience working in a large and complex business environment.
A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a strong focus on offering an excellent candidate experience.
Ability to manage and generate reports related to open roles, offers, and recruitment metrics.
Experience in updating and maintaining data in reporting tools, such as PowerBI.
Great communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, high-energy team.
