A prestigious Hong Kong organisation with 25,000+ employees locally is seeking an experienced project manager to play a critical role in the PMO.
 
The organisation is currently undergoing a major transformation to one of their key business units, which generates in excess of HK$100bn annually. Currently at the midpoint of the project (with expected completion late-2021), a new role has been created within the PMO to drive an efficient and comprehensive plan for revamping the BU technologies and processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Ownership of project planning and coordination activities
• Continuous monitoring and reporting of project milestones
• Develop and adapt a timeline which effectively allocates and utilizes all available resources
• Liaison with multiple stakeholders across functional divisions

 
Experience / Skills:

• Prior Project Management experience gained in a large organisation with complex matrices (any industry considered)
• Experience acting as Planning Lead on large-scale projects with strong capabilities in coordinating multiple resources
• Relevant qualifications would be beneficial (e.g. PMP)
• Fluent English and Cantonese language skills
