Finance Assistant [AR & AP, $2400, Permanent Role, West, Entry Level]

Up to $2400, Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus (Salary Commensuate based on relevant years of experiences)
Town Council Located at West Area
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat Half Day 8.30am to 12.30pm (Rotate Once Every 3 weeks)
Experiences in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are highly preferred
Entry level for NITEC and Diploma in Accounting are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, AR, AP, invoicing, data entry etc
Handle general administrative duties
Perform counter duties on rotation basis (eg collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries etc)
Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & remnder notices

Requirements:

GCE "O" / "A" Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies (Administration) or related courses
Entry level with NITEC or Diploma in Accounting are welcome to apply
Candidate with relevant accounting working experiences in AR and AP are highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive working attitudem proactive and meticulous
