Client – A leading digital innovator, this company focuses on advancing industry-evolving propositions in the tech, data and SaaS space catered to the consumer connectivity and telecom space.
 
EBC is currently supporting this organisation on hiring a key lead to support their global clients on launching and delivering large-scale telecommunication programs to ensure successful inception, launch and scaled implementation.
 
This role involves overseeing end-to-end planning, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving initiatives to transform customer experiences in a high-growth environment. The Project Director will be responsible for navigating complex matrix organizations, owning the PMO, leveraging latest methodologies, and optimizing the delivery and launch of telecom programs in leading operators around the world.
 
Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in telecom program management, ideally from a vendor background. With a proven track record in leading high-stakes projects, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive team success and stakeholder alignment.
• Proven PMO knowledge
• Technical (e.g. BSS) as well as Commercial (e.g. measuring ARPU success) knowledge in the telecom space would be highly beneficial
