  • Our client is an elite law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a mid- level, 4-5PQE M&A/PE lawyer in their M&A/PE team. You will be working closely with partners on Public and Private M&A and joint venture

Requirements:
  • 4-5 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
  • Strong experience in M&A/PE
  • Strong Command in English and Chinese
