Global firm seeking a highly motivated commercial litigator with 1-3 years’ PAE with a keen interest in Employment to join an energetic & fun Employment team, working with a vibrant team of lawyers.
 
Acting predominately on the respondent side (with some high profile applicant work), you will have the opportunity to become involved in a broad mix of litigious & advisory work including:
 
  • A broad mix of Employment, Industrial relations & work, health & safety matters;
  • Representing respondents & attending both the Employment tribunal & also the civil court.
  • Providing advice to HR clients as well as some contract & policy drafting.
The candidate will possess the following skills:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years PAE commercial litigator with a keen interest in Employment coming from a well-respected litigation practice.
  • Prior exposure to Employment matters (either in the Tribunal or on the advisory side) would be advantageous/preferable;
  • A team player with a keen interest in marketing, business development & client events.
  • Excellent client-facing skills;
  • Ability to manage and run your own caseload of files relatively autonomously;
  • A positive “can-do” attitude.
