Role Description: Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Corporate finance lawyer to join their well-established regional corporate team an associate. You will be working with an experienced team and advising on complex equity and stock debt transactions, in particular for clients in highly regulated industries such as finance, TMT, cultural and media, healthcare, education, retail and real estate.

Candidate requirement: Hong Kong qualified with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience on ECM, M&A (both public and private) and compliance work gained within a reputable international law firm
