We are working with an International law firm and is looking to hire an experienced M&A Associate into their corporate team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years PQE and is qualified to the Singapore bar
Experience working on M&A, Corporate and Commercial, Business Restructuring and Private Equity transactions
Currently based in Singapore and practicing in a reputable law firm
Fluent in other Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean etc) will be advantageous to manage client relations
