Responsibilities:
  • Build relationship with existing Clients and establish new Accounts through providing expert advice in the area of utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions
  • Develop products offerings in the area of Sustainable Solutions (e.g. Chiller Replacements with Guaranteed Performance Contract)
  • Develop pipeline for projects in the area of utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions such as upcycling of waste streams
  • Develop proposals and drive sales of Sustainable Solutions products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues of different business units to cross sell other products and services
  • Liaise with contractors & suppliers with regards to ACMV/ Energy Improvement projects
  • Knowledge of Industry players and partners is critical
  • Managing team in Project Management and Execution
  • Oversee and support site manpower in ACMV, HVAC and Control System installations
  • Presentations both internal and external
Requirements:
  • Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions
  • Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) or Energy Efficiency Opporutnities Assesor certificates
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Deep knowledge in Guaranteed Performance Contracts
