Our client is a dynamic wealth management group going through an exciting period of growth and transformation.  They are looking for an experienced finance business partner with a financial services background to join their high performing decision support team.  Reporting into the Executive Manager, Performance Management, you will help drive and develop key performance, insight analysis and reports to ensure wealth strategies and performance are visible across the Group.  

Specific deliverbles will include:

  • Partner with the business to coordinate development of key performance & Insight analysis and reports 
  • Identification and articulation of external market trends as they impact the business, and to assess various strategic initiatives including corporate development activities.
  • Research competitor results and business information to gain insights and ensure all deliverables are of a high quality
  • Deliver key reporting activities including monthly Exco and board reports, Analysis Reports, competitor results and Wealth LT Updates
  • Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with other CFO and Wealth Business teams to source the input and analysis for the performance insight reports
  • Lead by example to support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with the groups risk appetite framework
Required skills and experience:
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ Proven experience in financial analysis or finance business partnering 
  • Financial services background (wealth management or banking preferred)
  • Well developed stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Sound understanding of domestic and global drivers of change within the Financial Services industry
  • Understanding of standard financial and valuation principles
