Derivatives and Financial markets Lawyer -Senior Associate

Responsibilities include working on:

Structured products such as derivatives-linked securities, repackagings and securitisations;
Derivatives across asset classes (credit, equity, commodities, rates and FX), including finance-linked hedging and other OTC products;
Islamic finance and markets products; and
Advisory work in relation to global derivatives regulatory reform (and its local implementation) and commodity regulatory work, for a mix of financial institutions, large corporates, funds and service providers throughout the region.

Skills and Experience Required

Common-law qualified, 4-8 years PQE
Derivatives and/or structured products prior experience
Secondment or in-house experience desirable (but not required)
Relocation can be discussed for the right talent
