Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with a leading global organisation in the sales and service sector to recruit an experienced HR Specialist with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic HR team supporting a diverse workforce across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner and will play a key role in managing ER matters, with some exposure to Industrial Relations (IR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support on ER issues across ANZ.
  • Manage complex employee cases and investigations.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple office locations in Australia and New Zealand.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations within Australia (New Zealand experience a bonus).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER best practices.
