About the role:

Opportunity for a Corporate Secretary to join this community focused accounting firm based in Melbourne’s North-West suburbs. Work with a friendly and professional team, at a business which continues to grow year on year.
 
This role will see the successful candidate work with a team of administrators, providing complex corporate secretarial support to the wider office.

Key duties:
  • Preparation of ASIC Forms
  • New company and trust set ups
  • Follow up of signed corporate documents
  • Respond to ATO correspondence as requested by accountants
  • Assisting accountants as required

Key skills:
  • 2 + years' experience as a Corporate Secretary
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
