Town Council located at West area
Up to $2300, Entry Level for Diploma Holder in Facilities Management or related field
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
Attend to residents / tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Entry level for candidate with Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building / Green Building
Able to work under pressure
Immediate available candidates are highly preferred
