Apply: Application Specialist – Scanning Electron Microscopy

A regionally leading provider of scientific & medical instruments, is seeking a high-calibre Application Specialist to join our advanced microscopy division, with a primary focus on Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).

Based in the Philippines, this role is critical in supporting both commercial and technical engagements across the region.

As a strategic interface between our product portfolio and customer success, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving solution adoption, enabling sales performance, and ensuring superior customer experience through in-depth application support.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver expert-level application support across pre- and post-sales activities
• Conduct high-impact technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer consultations
• Develop tailored solutions by aligning customer requirements with product capabilities
• Lead training programmes and scientific discussions to reinforce technology adoption
• Partner closely with commercial teams to influence and accelerate the sales cycle
• Organise and execute workshops, seminars, and user meetings to enhance market engagement
• Resolve technical challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive territory coverage and contribute to revenue growth initiatives

Ideal Profile:

• Degree-qualified in a science-related discipline
• Proven experience in a technical or application support capacity within scientific instrumentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
