My client is an elite US Law firm with a strong presence within the Asia market. Due to business growth, my client is looking for junior to mid-level US admitted securities/capital markets associates for their Singapore office.

Ideally you will have 2-5 PQE gained from a US Securities practice from another top tier law firm in the region. Experience in advising on both Equity and Debt Capital Markets transactions would be ideal (with preference for Debt Capital Markets work).

My client is open to relocating the right talent for this role.
