One of our clients, a government agency has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to commence asap until 30 June 2022. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
 
  • Providing high level analysis and support whilst facilitating expert advice to support the successful planning and implementation of the  IT solution
  • Support the Program and IT solution by undertaking an analysis and impact assessments including testing, refining, training and business transitions.
  • Provide plain language advice on complex technical issues to non-technical audiences to enable informed business decisions and service level improvements
  • Analyse and consolidate information from a wide range of sources in a time critical manner to support the achievement of the stated program activities.
  • Prepare various documents including briefing papers, discussion papers, reports, submissions, related correspondence and responses as requested;
 
To be successful in this role you must have:
 
  1. Demonstrated senior business analyst experience.
  2. Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis, reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve program/business focused solutions.
  3. Experience in analysing, working, testing and maintaining service management systems
  4. Delivering project outcomes on time and to the expected levels of quality, including demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks within an IT project.
  5. Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment 
  6. Well developed interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills with demonstrated capacity to broker effective ICT systems and solutions with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ability to produce high quality written documentation and presentations in a timely manner.
