I am currently looking for a Global Head of Pharmacovigilance for an oncology focused ADC business.

Reporting straight into the Chief Medical Officer, this is a truly global role with you taking responsibility for the Pharmacovigilance function across 3 geographies – US, EU and APAC. You will take over a small team that needs a lead, somebody who get set the group up to operate in a strategic and proactive manner. You will also be required to grow the team as the number of trials they are undertaking increases.

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and offered the opportunity to have an input at all levels of discussion as this company looks to continue its growth from small start-up through to global organization.

You will need to be office based at least part-time.


The Global Head of Pharmacovigilance will be responsible for:

• Lead, provide strategic direction, and governance of patient safety and pharmacovigilance activities.
• Provide oversight for the medical review of any serious adverse events
• Identify aggregate data safety signals promptly and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide responses to regulatory agency questions related to drug safety / pharmacovigilance activities.
• Provide support for safety sections of clinical documents.

The Global Head of Pharmacovigilance will be / have:

• MD Qualification
• Pharmacovigilance experience, including regulatory filing experience.
• Experience in EMEA, APAC and North America. 
• People and functional leadership experience including setting of strategic direction.
