7-10 years of relevant experience
80% hunting, 20% farming role with a regional Asian bank

Responsibilities:

Handle relationship management and business development among the existing small to large real estate players in Singapore
Deepening the relationships as well as cross-selling various products, i.e trade finance, syndications, treasury, FX etc
Acquire new Corporate clients for loans, deposits and trade finance products.
Perform credit review (separate credit team to help do full analysis)
Collaborate effectively with other internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications/ Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience
Able to read, write, speak English and basic Mandarin to converse with Chinese counterparts where necessary
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player, family culture
Self-driven, highly motivated, sales oriented and able to work as a team
