An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a listed established consumer goods company as a FP&A Director. With a longstanding history and global brand name, the company is now seeking a FP&A Director to lead the regional finance team across the Asia Pacific region.
 
Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide business insights to support decision making based on data analysis. This includes tracking of financial performances, analysing key business drivers and identifying business risks and opportunities. You will be a business partner to the commercial leadership team to analyse budgets, forecasts, and productivity, providing insights and recommendations in scenario planning to drive profitability. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly reporting, ensuring work processes and financial system efficiency.
 
The successful candidate will be professionally qualified (CA, CPA etc.), possessing a bachelor’s degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 10 years’ FP&A experience, ideally from a relevant industry with exposure in pricing and sales operations. You will be described as a hands-on, analytical, and tenacious individual with the ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience in SAP is highly preferred.
