• Candidates must have some relevant internship experience in either accounting / finance/ audit/ assurance, Transaction & Advisory Services

Responsibilities would include:

• Assist and perform corporate recovery engagements, for example liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / special accountant and debt restructuring
• Assist on advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory
• Assist in preparing letters, notices, emails, reports-writing, restructuring proposals 
• Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties, Investigation of past transactions
• Ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably accounting
• Good communication and reporting-writing skills, understand basic financial statements/ balance sheet
• Able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/ acumen, financial analysis/ review skills
• Years of experience: 0 to max 2 years of relevant financial analysis experiences or internships, fresh grads welcome to apply
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Good team player, family culture
