The Firm
FutureYou has partnered exclusively with an nationally recognised Design Firm with studios across the country. Their offices are located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and New Zealand.

The Role
An opportunity exists for Senior Interior Designer to join this practice to work across a range of exciting commercial / workplace & education projects that are in the pipeline. This exciting opportunity will see you lead; manage; develop and grow your team; and will define you as a Leader in your field. This studio will allow you to develop your own personal brand – as well as ensuring you are at the forefront in the design conversation.

You will have the capability; and track-record to show proven results to be able to consult and provide effective; and design driven consultation to a variety of Commercial / Workplace & Education projects with the knowledge space planning and the constraints of both Public and Private clients!

You will need to be able to effectively communicate how design influences users in their environments and create solutions from a design point of view to enrich the space!  

About You 
You will be an accomplished Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 6 Years’ experience; working across commercial & educational project typologies. You will be capable of leading mid-sized multi-faceted projects with several stakeholders with conflicting priorities.  

Strong attention to detail is essential, and experience in creating effective thought-out, research driven design solutions to create more effective and enriched space for all stakeholders and end-users will be essential to be successful in this role.
Passion for Interior Design and how we utilise the space we inhibit are the building blocks for success for this role.

You will be an effective communicator, client facing, personable and the ability to instil confidence in consultants, team members and clients.
