Compliance and Internal Control Manager

The Role:

My Client is a global Corporate Firm and they are looking for a Group Compliance Manager to join the team in Singapore. This is a global organization and we are looking for candidates who are keen to grow their career in a leading brand name within the industry.

Responsibilities:

To implement and roll out Compliance, Internal Controls, and ERM Risk frameworks
Spearhead and prepare any new Internal Audit requirements
End to end Compliance duties such as Anti Bribery, Code of Conduct, FCPA etc
To support any new systems and training related to Compliance
Ensure that the Compliance polices are in line with local laws and regulations
Implement new Data Privacy policies and procedures
Any other adhoc Compliance related projects and processes.

Requirements:

7 to 15 years of Compliance experience in a Corporate setting
Strong understand of functions across Audit, Risk, and Internal Controls
Ability to work independently and remotely with global stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
