Seeking strong product managers who can lead Product strategy from inception to managing customer journey with Technology as the backbone.

Scope

You will lead a product team for Product Group of Discovery, Merchandising & Promotions / Social innovation & monetisation / Customer Experience & Journey functions based on your experience and background.
leading the team’s research and product development efforts as well as implementation and execution of the product strategy group.
This role develops a comprehensive product strategy, maintains the roadmap and backlog, and establishes the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for a specific product group.
This individual manages people which includes responsibility for setting individual and team expectations, delegating assignments, and managing performance, identifying talent needs, and coach/developing team members
Due to the global nature of responsibilities, relationships need to be established and maintained across all operating divisions and global market technology stakeholders to ensure execution effectiveness.

You should have

5 years of experience translating business strategy into specific product features
5 years of experience working with technology and user experience teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements with demonstrated delivery of business results
3 years of experience in an agile software environment & 3 years of experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets
Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
Broad-based leadership and business management skills.
Strong partnering and teaming skills with both global affiliate counterparts and cross-functional departments.
Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplined, high-performance work teams/groups
