Real Estate Investment Manager, Singapore

Permanent headcount based in Singapore
Asset class: General across Office, Retail and Industrial across SEA

Responsibilities:

Be involved and responsible for driving real estate acquisitions, divestments, investment management, and asset management
Support investment transactions from end-to-end, including analysing, negotiating, closing and evaluating asset and portfolio strategies for the firm’s portfolio across the region
Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence processes for transactions
Prepare investment papers and deliver recommendations for internal approval
Conduct research and manage market intelligence relating to the global portfolio; support business decisions aligned with the investment strategy

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate (titles given accordingly) investment, acquisitions, transaction advisory, asset management, portfolio management
Team player, family culture
Real estate sector knowledge, technical, financial modelling and analysis experience is a must
Strong work ethics and excellent learning/work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
