Client Details

 The client delivers ambient foods to the major supermarkets and has recently invested large sums into their CAPEX portfolio as a result of increased orders.

Description 

Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the Afternoon Shift Leader the Production Supervisor (Days) will hold responsiblity for:

- 50 staff on shift and all related first line management
- Production right first time and achieving DIFOT without sacrificing safety
- Devising and implementing continuous improvement projects/ programs
- Safe workign practice and establishing a WCM, engaged culture on site

Profile

To be successful in applying for this role you must have Production Leadership experience gained from within a food, packaging or very similar FMCG environment. Your approach will be safety first and your passion willbe for developing operators and processes. Ideally you will be Degree qualified. 

You must have right to work in Australia as the client cannot sponsor VISA's.

Job Offer

Circa $110,000- $115,000 (inclusive of super) + small bonus annually
