Apply: Senior Computation Scientist / Data Scientist

Our client (mRNA platform biopharma) is currently expanding their data science team and they have an immediate need for talented Senior Data Scientist / Computational Biologist. This unique role (on-site) will provide opportunity to handle diverse projects, such as leading the development of novel methods (ML, AI, statistics) to optimize RNA / Protein sequence design, computational pipelines / web applications building, etc.

To be considered for this opportunity, a relevant PhD (computational biology / bioinformatics / genetics / biology / biostatistics / computer science / statistics etc.) with track record in leading or initiating data science projects (e.g. novel statistics, ML methods), and competency in data analysis related programming languages (Python, R, SQL etc.) and data science stack (Pandas, Shiny, Jupyter etc.) are mandatory.

Prior experience in the following would be a big plus: high-throughput sequencing experiments, mRNA biology and translation activity measurement, drug discovery & development, and web development. Data science talents  (PhD, well-versed in ML/AI, non-biology background) with strong interest in mRNA drug discovery are welcome to apply.
