The Role:
Our client is an international law firm. They are now seeking a TMT associate to join the firm’s market-leading TMT corporate team. You will work in a team of experienced TMT lawyers and advise clients on transactions and regulatory matters in relation to technology, IP, cybersecurity, and data privacy, with a particular focus on Greater China.


Requirements:

• 2+ PQE Hong Kong or Common Law qualified solicitor
• Data protection, cybersecurity advisory, complex technology contracting, and TMT related transactional experience required
