One of the Giant Technology Company is looking for a Legal Counsel (Employment) based London to manage labor and employment issues across Europe Region. You will be supporting the business growth and its affiliated business in the region. You are working closely with HRs, compliance and business team in Asia to handle a board range of EU and Global employment and related compliance issues. This include but not limited to recruiting, hiring, employee management, termination, compensation & benefits, working hours, leaves, internal HR operation, process and etc. Moreover, you will also cooperate with international litigation team on pre-litigation contentious matters relating to employees in the region.
 
You will have:

• Qualified in the UK or another EU key jurisdiction
• Min 5 PQE to 10PQE practicing employment law in International Law Firm in Europe and/or in-house experience.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is highly preferred.
• Team player; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Strong business judgment and think strategically and provide advice to HR and business teams.
• Frequent travel (Western Europe & Greater China).
