Sell/ buy side advisory firm focusing on Project Financing and M&A, renewable energy projects
2-5 years of relevant experience
Regional focus: APAC, Vietnam (Vietnamese speaking is compulsory for the role)

Responsibilities:

Support origination and execution of Renewable energy / Natural Resources projects across Asia Pacific region, with a significant focus on Vietnam markets
Lead financial modelling efforts for project financing deals
Lead transaction execution including coordinating due diligence, documentation and credit application
Project management, and marketing to new and existing clients across the region
Manage commercial and credit processes
Provide financial projections and other support such as permit application, financial model for lenders, loan documentation, draft term sheets
Develop and establish good business relationships with all stakeholders

Qualifications/ Capabilities:

University Degree in any discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
MANDATORY: Vietnamese speaking (as the role requires significant Vietnamese coverage), financial analysis/ modelling/ valuations experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player, family culture
