Duties:

Promote personal line insurance products to leads provided by financial partners, convert them to customers through telemarketing effort
Ensure all customer enquiries are handled in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal team on policy fulfilment related issues

Requirements:

Minimum GCE "O"-level qualification
General Insurance certifications advantageous
Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude essential
Bilingual in local dialects / languages advantageous
Team player with good organization skills in handling paper work
