I am working with a large, high-profile Federal Government owned organisation to find a Service Operations Transition Lead in Melbourne.

This is a 12 month contract position with a 1 July start through to 30 June 2019.

You will be responsibile for advising programs and projects on requirements of integration within the organisations operating model covering;
  • Service Management
  • Asset Management
  • Technical Management System
  • Safety Management System
  • Operational Security
  • 3rd Parties
  • Ensuring process & procedures for handover to BAU functions are approved;
  • Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Service Management, ITIL and SIAM
  • Exposure to Operational and Enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience working in an engineering and or regulated environment.
