We are working on an exciting opportunity with an International Law Firm for their Corporate & FinTech practice. As part of their new initiative, they are looking to hire a Mid-Senior level Corporate & FinTech lawyer to expand their Corporate team in Singapore.

The right associate would be Corporate Lawyers with 7+ years of experience gained from local/international law firm with solid experience in areas of Corporate M&A/PE transactions, with a focus on Fintech matters (From both a transactional and regulatory perspective).

You should be familiar with the latest FinTech trends and regulations, and is someone who is comfortable with business development, passionate about building up this area of practice.
