Based in our South Melbourne Support Office, you will:
  • Develop and implement scenario model strategies which maximises GMROF: including demographic, cluster, live hub, sml / lge format models
  • Use high level analytical skills to create a category positioning, strategy and research outcomes into concept briefs
  • Develop a positioning and strategic plan and roll out for each category within the business
  • Identify trends and advertising styles for categories that specifically require awareness, consideration, preference and ultimate category ownership
  • Analyse and develop project scopes and business cases to ensure stores are representative of data analysis

 What we need from you:
  • Degree in Market Research or Psychology
  • Extensive Analytical experience – working within excel and other data platforms
  • Previous experience developing customer, marketing, and data insights strategies
  • Leadership experience an advantage
  • Experience in advertising, customer trend analysis and competitive retail analysis
  • Experience picking apart post campaign reports into actionable insights
  • Sound understanding of the principles of Quant and Qual research methodologies
  • Previous space reporting and analysis experience – ROI of space, GMROF, GMROI, GMROS
  • Good understanding of the principles of qualitative and quantitative research to feed insights into briefs
