This is an On-line business with a great culture, incredible story, HUGE social following and is also incredibly cool. The role for a social media manager is to go where social hasn't gone before, bring your innovation across traditional social and your creative flare outside of this to make this role your own. You will travel with the business who have a huge following in LA .... feel like going to Cochelle next year ?! That's definitely on the cards for the person lucky enough to secure this role.

Description 

• Manage performance across both organic and paid social media channels
• Develop activity and manage activity to drive performance across all social media channels; Instagram (plus 3 sub brands), Facebook, YouTube, Tic Tok and Pinterest
• Develop aesthetics for all channels with a consistent brand tone of voice
• Optimise creative and content in line with business goals
• Work with the PR & Influencer team to develop content strategies
• Maintain and manage the social media calendar working closely with Production and Buying teams
• Collaborate with the Graphics team and Creative Manager to optimise creative and content
• Develop relationships for brand partnerships
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on both Paid & Organic performance
• Liaise with senior stakeholders in the business educating and reporting back on campaign success
• Data-driven analysis expertise with proficiency and a high level of understanding of Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools

Profile

You must have expensive experience growing a social media platform and have managed businesses with $1 million plus followers. You have a flare and a passion for social as well as broader ecomm and digital marketing strategies. You can amplify a brands tone of voice setting the brand standard and guidelines that accurately depict the business and speak to their demographic. Above all you will have exceptional communication and a highly collaborative and proactive work ethic.
