The team advises leading international, PRC and local corporations on a full spectrum of corporate transactions including public and private M&As, IPOs and Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance matters.

Requirements

5+ PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with Solid Corporate Experience
Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
