Our client is seeking an experienced Data Entry Officer to join them for a 3 month, part time contract. Working 16 to 24 hours per week based in Naval Base.

Reporting to the Operational Readiness Lead, the Data Entry Officer will be responsible to transfer work instructions from operational planning system to Oracle Maintenance system.

Key Duties:

Sourcing and preparing information for data entry.
Entering data and checking to ensure accuracy of the inputted data.
Perform compliance checks on data.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining information.
Maintain and update existing data.
Other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Well-developed knowledge and experience in ERP systems (Oracle experience highly regarded.)
Experienced in interpreting key information.
Experienced data entry computer skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Ability to organise and schedule own work and to work as an effective member of a team.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work to time constraints

Please note reference checks, national police clearance and pre employment medical will be required.
