Apply: Product Manager/Owner - Corporate or IT Shared Services

This is a new role to transform the Corporate Shared Services  Desk from the current functional model to a product line. Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, excellent stakeholder management and experience with SAFe Scaled Agile is key, so is experience with end to end Shared Services Support Desks and Delivery.

There is potential for long term contract or permanent.

Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as Product Manager and/or Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end to end Shared IT or Corporate Services and support
  • Experience in using SAFe Agile, Scrum and Agile practices and methodology
  • Exceptional business engagement and business stakeholder management
  • Some knowledge and awareness of the Spotify model
  • Strong understanding of ICT/Shared Services and service desk processes and solutions to ensure technical review and product roadmap alignment
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiairy and/or professional qualifications
