Your role
As an E-commerce Business Development Manager, your position is broken down into two categories. Firstly, the attraction of new business opportunities and the integration of our online payment solutions to large retail groups. Secondly, the management of channel partners to drive digital brand promotion on their website to increase consumer knowledge and use of our payment solution.
  • Utilise your existing network targeting larger retail groups
  • Highly autonomous role reporting to the National Head of Sales
  • Largely on the road
  • Market the solution effectively and highlight its benefits to the group
  • You will be supported by centralised customer service and account management teams
Requirements
This role requires an experienced eCommerce Business Development Manager from the retail sector with an aptitude for solution selling. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to adapt to an ever-evolving sales environment and have a passion to develop your own portfolio in an industry that is fast becoming the future of financial transactions and solutions.
  • Extensive existing network within the Retail sector having previously worked in a similar role
  • Extensive experience selling eCommerce or payment solutions
  • Prior experience and understanding of the Consumer Finance space is highly regarded
  • Proven business development ability focused on growing and developing a consumer market
  • Work experience within areas of transactional and merchant services, payments and/ or technology APPs
  • Advanced sales and negotiation tactics
  • Highly customer-centric and passionate about developing client relationships
On offer
  • $80K - $90K Base Salary + Super
  • Uncapped commission structure ($20K - $30K realistic OTE for 1st year)
