Apply: Head of Loan, Retail banking

A leading international bank in Singapore is seeking for head of loan to start up the product management team. A digital evangelist with a strong retail banking loan product knowledge and seeking gain greenfield venture experience. In return you will be highly rewarded  with a remuneration of up to $260,000 per annum.
Responsibility:

• Product Management:Define and drive end-to-end product management encompassing product construct, process design, customer engagement, acquisition, documentation, disbursement, retention and collateral administration. This includes ownership and maintenance of consumer credit product programmes and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Industry Engagement:Contribute at industry level engagements and coordinate follow-ups.  Involvement include industry sub-groups formed to work on digital property transactions and other activities with industry wide impact.
• Infrastructure Support: Manage the retail banking loans portfolio in terms of system and processes which include system parameter changes, approvals and issues arising from processes which involve coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital Strategy: Contribute towards the digital strategy and implementation for secured loan products. This includes conceptualising and rolling-out digital promotional campaigns including pricing, marketing message, tracking and performing pre and post implementation review

 
Our Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering, etc)
• 15 year’s progressive experience in Product Management in financial insitution
• Min 6 years of Product Ownership experience in retail banking loan product.
• Good experience with digital/emerging technology E.g Mobile, web
• Strong communications
