Environmental & Safety Advisor – Offshore Decommissioning

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Environmental & Safety Advisor with experience in permit applications and SEMS. You’ll ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards, working closely with technical teams to streamline approvals, manage risk assessments, and engage with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and track Environmental Permit applications and compliance reports
✅ Draft Environmental & Safety sections in decommissioning plans and close-out reports
✅ Manage risk assessments (HAZID, ENVID) and drive continuous improvements
✅ Ensure regulatory requirements are captured, updated, and met
✅ Lead audits, sustainability initiatives, and contractor compliance efforts

What You Need:

✔ Experience in offshore Environmental & Safety compliance
✔ Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
✔ Excellent organisation & attention to detail
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & regulatory systems
✔ Proactive, collaborative, and able to work across teams
✔ Experience writing environmental appraisals, assessments & permits
