Account Manager, ANZ

This is an Account Manager, ANZ position for a fast-growing Analytics & Intelligence SaaS company, covering Australia & New Zealand enterprise accounts from Singapore. You will be tasked to grow these accounts and build strong relationships with the clients as their trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with large enterprises
Collaborating with customers to drive product adoption and engagement
Ensuring retention of client ARR spending
Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
Ensuring customers derive maximum value from the product, helping them achieve their business objectives and KPIs
Advising clients on measuring business success and addressing challenges to highlight the product's value

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within a SaaS company
Proven experience working with ANZ clients
Expertise in selling data, insights, or digital marketing SaaS solutions
Demonstrated success in selling to Enterprise clients and navigating complex environments
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and work effectively with C-level stakeholders
