Apply: Product Owner - End to end IT Services Product Line Model

The organisation is moving from a functional team based model to a  product line model similar to the spotify model. This role will work closely with the Product and Services Director to set up the Product line for end to end   IT Services for the front line Servcies Centre. This includes plan the; understanding business pain points and priorities and  translate these into sprint deliveries. We are looking for experience in corporate Shared Services including Service Now and  knowledge of a broad range of technologies.

This is a new role and experience in transitioning from traditional corporate ICT services to a Product Line model in large and complex environments is required. Advanced Business engagement and stakeholder management is key.
There is potential for longterm contract or permanent.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience setting up and deliver end to end ICT Services for a Product line
• Experience in using SAFE Agile, Scrum and Agile practices and methodology, experience and understanding of the Spotify model
• Exceptional business engagement and business stakeholder management
• Strong technical understanding of ICT Services and technology to ensure technical review and product roadmap alignment - knowledge of Service Now, packaged software and integration, applications and data
• Advanced Business analyis and strong anlytical skills and mindset
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Relevant tertiairy qualifications
