This role will be part of the growing Property team supporting the growth of the company in the Real Estate sector.
Key responsibilities:

Develop strategies and monitor performance of assets
Prepare budgets and periodic forecasts
Identify and analyse investment opportunities
Economic / Market Analysis

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, building/facilities management or other relevant disciplines
3-5 year of investment/asset management experience
Report writing, financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting
Mandarin speaking; to liaise with associates and stakeholders
