Markets Compliance – Manager / Senior Manager, Investment Banking

The Role:
My Client is a leading Investment Bank and we are looking for a Compliance Director to join the team in Singapore. We are looking for Compliance candidates who are keen to grow their career in an international and long-standing institution and you will be given the exposure across the Compliance function with proven leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Implement and spearhead new Compliance framework within the business
Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm

You must:

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
10 years of experience in a Compliance role – Capital Markets is a must
Experience in FICC is a must
Strong understanding of regulations.
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
