Apply: Clinic Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Clinic Manager for a Private Surgical Eye Clinic based in the CBD. This clinic has been established for a number of years' but was recently purchased and rebranded by a new doctor and they are looking to build out a new team to service their patients.
 
They are looking for you to help maintain the clinics excellent standing and reputation whilst also helping them to modernise and improve.
 
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and train a team of Clinic Executives and Optometrists to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient service.
• Oversee consistency in clinic protocols, including patient registration, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing, and compliance with MOH guidelines.
• Manage inventory, accounts payable/receivable, and perform front desk duties while supporting overall clinic performance in consultation with senior management.

 
The Clinic Manager will be / have:

• Min 2 years of leadership experience in the operations of a specialist clinic.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments; familiarity with claims and/or experience using Plato CMS is a plus.
